• Stall cleaning seven days a week 

• Grain and supplements (both supplied by owner) are fed daily

• Hay served daily. All-day access to netted hay in paddocks

• Horses are seen/checked daily

• Large semi-private paddock

• Automatic heated waterers in paddocks

• Large tidy tack room with lockers in the barn
